As EMS Week approaches, it is time to begin the selection process for the annual Conley EMS Excellence Award honoree. This will be the 25th presentation of this award.
The recipient of the Conley EMS Excellence Award may be a First Responder, EMT-B, I, P, Nurse, Physician or Administrator. An eligible candidate should have no less than four years of EMS Experience and at least two years of system participation. The most important qualification should be that the candidate has demonstrated consistent excellence in the practice and/or promotion of emergency care.
You, the System Providers and Hospital Coordinators have the best knowledge of who in your department should be given the honor of being nominated for this award. Please submit a short letter about the nominee, outlining their qualifications for this award, and submit your nomination to the EMS office as soon as possible.
